What it covers
Our inspectors are licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC). Every inspection follows the TREC Standards of Practice and is reported on the TREC form, by system:
- Structural: foundation, grading and drainage, roof, attic, walls, ceilings, floors, doors, windows
- Electrical: service panel, branch circuits, outlets, fixtures
- Heating, ventilation and air conditioning
- Plumbing: supply and drain lines, fixtures, water heater
- Built-in appliances
Sprinkler systems are optional under the TREC standards and can be added.
