When you fill out a form on this website (for example, the contact or quote-request form), we collect what you choose to provide, which may include:

Job applicants

If you send us your details through our For agents Careers page or by email, we collect what you choose to share, such as your name, contact details, city, license status, experience and a link to your resume. We use it only to consider you for current and future roles at InspectMore. We do not sell it or share it outside the services listed below, and we delete it whenever you ask.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of outside services to run this website and our business. Each only sees the information needed to do its job:

• Formspree — processes and delivers form submissions from this website to our email inbox.
• Spectora — our scheduling, reporting, and payment platform. Once you book an inspection, your information is entered there to manage the appointment, contract, and (if applicable) payment.
• Vercel / GitHub — host the website's files. As with any website, basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) may be recorded automatically as part of standard web hosting.
• Google Fonts — loads the typefaces used on this site from Google's servers, which involves a standard request from your browser to Google.
• Google Analytics — if you accept analytics cookies, measures how visitors find and use this website (pages viewed, how you arrived, general city-level location, device and browser type). We use this only to improve our website. It does not receive the information you type into our contact form.

We do not share your information with any other third party except as required by law.

SMS/Text Messaging Privacy

Phone numbers collected for SMS communications are used solely to contact you regarding your inspection services with InspectMore LLC.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Phone numbers may be shared only with service providers that help us deliver messages (such as our messaging platform and telecommunications carriers), and solely for that purpose.

Cookies and tracking

With your consent, this website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, so we can improve it. We keep contact and inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary for our business records, or until you ask us to delete it.
